724 guarantees same day response time* to any requested technical support issue submitted to us through out HelpDesk. All requests received before 8PM PST will be responded to by midnight the same day.

Note: Most support issues are handled within 1 hour during regular business hours of 7:30am to 5pm PST. Monday thru Friday and within 3 hours during off business hours.

If 724 Hosting does not respond by Midnight the same day, your account will be credited 1 month free service up to a maximum of $25.00.

724 Hosting is so sure that we are the best provider for hosting support that we can make you this guarantee knowing that we won't fail you or any other customer.
 

* Technical Support issues submitted by common e-mail to support@724hosting.com do not qualify for the same day guarantee as there is no recording of the transaction using common mail and no guarantee a standard email message was ever sent to us. You must use our HelpDesk to take advantage of the same day response guarantee. Same day response also is not guaranteed for accounts past due on payment. Same day response guarantee means we will respond and acknowledge your message and advise you as to our actions or to the actions you must perform to correct the problem yourself. 95% of all problems can be solved usually within an hour. About 5% of problems require further knowledge and research and cannot necessarily be corrected within the same day and may be delayed. 724 Hosting cannot guarantee a corrective action the same day as the problem could be too complex our out of our control.
